Cookery: Mediterranean Cuisine (Short course)
This is the beginning of a 3 week course learning a range of tasty dishes from around the Mediterranean, exploring the cuisines of Spain, Italy, Greece, Morocco and Lebanon. We will cover a range of different recipes to extend your skills base and repertoire.
You will be able to work reasonably at your own pace. This courses is aimed at people with some basic cooking knowledge who wish to refresh their skills and acquire some new ones whilst learning lots of new recipes from different cuisines around the Mediterranean. You will be able to work reasonably at your own pace.
Concessions are available for those over 65 and those on means tested benefits.
